SoJourn is a series of workshops designed to free up and inspire your sacred, playful, gratitude-rich, storytelling genius.
Taught in Asheville, North Carolina and surrounding communities, these workshops are intended for anyone looking to add spice, play and depth to their journey.
Inspired
SoJourn is also a way of being, thinking and creating, grounded in the wisdom of appreciating the present, honoring our own growth and that of others and living life with integrity and lightness of being.
Mixing creative play with pragmatic skill development, such as setting clear and reasonable goals and personal contracts, each workshop focuses on the participant’s ability to create, renew and excel, in any – and all – moments of his or her life.
SoJourn is about play. Throughout the workshops and afterwards, you will be encouraged to play and free up those parts of yourself that maybe you've forgotten or just not exercised enough!
Playful
Each workshop includes specially designed materials to help ensure that the participant’s experience lasts well beyond the workshop itself, including access to
on-line "refresher" seminars for 3 months after the workshop itself and optional, one-on-one support.
In addition to support from SoJourn, there will undoubtedly be others in the workshop that you will learn from and grow with!
